It has the main objective of investing capital  in Industrial, Banking and Finance, Hydropower, Telecommunication, Infrastructure Development ,Production, Trading, Tourism, Housing sectors.

It has involvement in the purchase of stocks (shares, Debentures and Bonds) of different companies and take part in the operation and management of the companies. The company trades different kinds of national bonds (Treasury Bills , Development Bonds and auction of mortgage) issued for/by Nepal Government and Nepal Rastra Bank, central bank of Nepal. The company is planning to focus in telecom and network related sectors.
